THE ACCESS
The Access is designed for moments you can't recreate. Live, fast-moving, and full of energy. From concerts to curated events, this package is about being in the right place at the right time, capturing the atmosphere as it unfolds. For artist, brands, and hosts who want more than just photos, this is full access to the story.
COVERAGE BEGINS $100/hOUr
FEES & POLICIES
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
- Extra edited photos: $15 per photo
- Late Fee: $25 per 15 minutes late
Travel fees may apply for locations over 20 miles from the photographer's location.
How will the photos be sent?
Your photos will be delivered through an online gallery link that I send directly to your email. Once you receive the email, you can open the gallery, view your images, and download them. I recommend downloading your photos from the gallery as soon as you receive them. Galleries may be removed over time, so make sure you save them to a secure device.
***To respect everyone's time, please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be subject to a $25 late fee for every additional 15 minutes delayed. If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior communication, your session may be canceled without a refund and considered a no show. If you are late, we will still end at the original end time. To extend your session, you'll need to purchase additional time, if the studio and schedule allow.
***Clients may reschedule their session one time with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional charge.
